Shabbos 10/12

Here is the menu for this week...It's been a crazy week with not much time so here is what we came up with:

Mushroom Dip
pepper tomato dip
creamy basil dip
roasted red pepper dip
chumus
chinese cole slaw
corn salad
potato salad
wild rice salad
salmon caesar salad
chicken soup with matzoh balls
sweet saucy chicken
london broil smothered in onions
sugar snap peas
yerushalmi kugel
chulent
apple crisp

fudge pie
cin and choc bobka
choc chip cookies

  2. Ingredients
    -
    1/2 cup ketchup
    -
    1/2 cup vinager
    -
    3/4 cup water
    -
    2 tbs lemon juice
    -
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    -
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    -
    1 chicken cut into pcs
    -
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    -
    1/4 cup lukewarm water


    Instructions

    Combine first 6 ing's in a pot over med heat and bring to a boil. Combine the cornstarch with the 1/4 cup water and add to boiling sauce. Stir until thickened.

    Place chicken in a pan and pour sauce over. Bake on 350 degrees for at least 2 hours uncovered.
