Dinner Tonight - Shabbos 9/21
Very quiet Shabbos this week so we have a small menu. Sesame noodles with grilled chicken, carrot muffins, and salami quiche. We will have Kokosh cake for dessert. Have a beautiful shabbos!!!
Salami Quiche - 4 eggs, 1/2 cup soy milk, pinch of pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 red onion, diced, 1/2 cup chopped baby spinach leaves, pastry shell, 3-4 tbsp mustard, 4oz. salami cut in small cubes. sautee onions 3-4 min til shiny, mix eggs,soy milk, pepper & salt, mix in onions and spinach. Brush pie shell with thin coat of mustard. Put salami on bottom of shell, pour in egg/spinach mixture. bake at 375 for 20 min.
