1 lb penne pasta - cooked according to directions
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup mascarpone cheese
2 tbs flour
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesean
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup mozzarella
pour milk mascarpone flour and nutmeg into a med pot. cook over med heat, whisking the whole time for 8 minutes. Add the romano and parmesean cheese and whisk for another 2 minutes. Add white pepper salt and mozzarella and whisk until sauce is smooth and cheeses are melted. pour over pasta, toss to coat and serve right away.
