Sweet Noodle Kugel:

-
1 pkg. wide noodles - cooked and drained
-
1 cup sugar
-
3/4 stick margarine
-
6 eggs
-
1 container non dairy creamer
-
pinch of salt
-
1/2 tsp. baking powder
-
1 Tbs. vanilla sugar
-
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-
1 cup cornflake crumbs
-
2 Tbs. margarine
-
2 Tbs. sugar
Instructions
Combine first 8 ingrediants.
Place in a 9x13 pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours on 350 degrees.
Combine last 4 ingrediants together to form crumbs. sprinkle over kugel and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
Avocado salad:

1 pt grape toms- Halved
1 can cut baby corn
1 can cut hearts of palm
3 tbs mayo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
combine all together and serve cold
Roasted Red Pepper dip:

1 can chick peas - drained and rinsed

1 jar roasted red pepper

1 cup mayo
-
1 clove garlic
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
blend it together cover and chill for an hour.
