For dinner tonight I am making Savory Cranberry Turkey Wraps. It is an easy light meal that gets you out of the kitchen on a hot day. It also makes a great lunch! Enjoy!
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup fresh or frozen (defrosted) cranberries
simmer in a small pan over med heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool
8 wraps
lettuce
avocados
scallions
sliced turkey breast
on a wrap place a couple tbs of the cranberry mixture, some lettuce, avocado, scallion and 4 slices of turkey. wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge for 15 minutes. cut diagonally and serve.
