For dinner tonight I am making sesame "chicken". I used my reg recipe just substituted the chicken for morning star farms chick patties. It tastes quite authentic! I am going to serve it with rice pilaf and a salad. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

| 1 chicken or 4 chicken cutlets (cut into small pcs.) |

| 1 onion |

| 1 cup. brown sugar |

| 1 cup ketchup |

| 4 cloves garlic |

| sesame seeds |

Instructions

|
sautee onion and garlic. add all other sauce ing's together and place on a low flame until disolved and combined.

|
Dredge chicken in flour and fry on both sides till browned.

|
|
Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 1 1/2 hours if using whole chicken or 25-30 minutes if using cutlets.
