Dinner Tonight - Honey Mustard Salmon

For dinner tonight I will be making Honey Mustard Salmon over Portobello Mushrooms (a recipe given to me from a dear friend) with Baked Zitti and a salad. Salmon was on sale this week at Publix for $6.99/lb and pasta was on sale for $0.89 a box. Combine those with ingredients I have around the house and we have a wholesome delicious dinner!

Salmon recipe:

Ingredients

3 Tbs. olive oil

3 Tbs. water
-
3 Tbs. honey
-
1 tsp. mustard seed
-
2 tsp. soy sauce
-
portabella mushrooms
-
6 pcs. salmon
-
Dijon mustard

Instructions
Put mushrooms on bottom of a 9x13 pan.
place salmon on top and smear with dijon mustard.
combine oil, water, honey, mustard seed and soy sauce together and pour over salmon.
Bake uncovered for 20 -30 minutes.

  1. I want to try this for dinner tonight but without the mushrooms, im too lazy to go to publix. I will make it plain and serve with couscus and steamed vegis.
