For dinner tonight I will be making Honey Mustard Salmon over Portobello Mushrooms (a recipe given to me from a dear friend) with Baked Zitti and a salad. Salmon was on sale this week at Publix for $6.99/lb and pasta was on sale for $0.89 a box. Combine those with ingredients I have around the house and we have a wholesome delicious dinner!
Salmon recipe:
Ingredients

| 3 Tbs. olive oil |

| 3 Tbs. water |

| 3 Tbs. honey |

| 1 tsp. mustard seed |

| 2 tsp. soy sauce |

| portabella mushrooms |

| 6 pcs. salmon |

| Dijon mustard |

Instructions

|
Put mushrooms on bottom of a 9x13 pan.
|

|
|
place salmon on top and smear with dijon mustard.

|

|
combine oil, water, honey, mustard seed and soy sauce together and pour over salmon.
|
|
|
|
Bake uncovered for 20 -30 minutes.

I want to try this for dinner tonight but without the mushrooms, im too lazy to go to publix. I will make it plain and serve with couscus and steamed vegis.
