London Broil Salad


London Broil Salad:


Ingredients

Meat marinade:
-
1/3 cup soy sauce
-
1/3 cup honey
-
1/3 cup orange juice
-
1 tsp. garlic
-
1 tsp. ginger
-
London broil
Dressing:

-
¾ cup sugar

1 tsp. mustard
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
-
1/3 cup olive oil
-
lettuce

Instructions
Marinade London broil for eight hours or overnight. Bake covered on 350 degrees for thirty minutes. Uncover, broil for six minutes on each side. When cool slice thin.
Mix all dressing ingredients together.
Toss with lettuce, place meat on top, and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
