Dinner Tonight - Pepper Salami

Every Wednesday night we have a bunch of guys over for dinner. I try to make real "man food"! Tonight I am making Pepper Salami in sweet sauce (thanks Shana!) with Israeli style Cous Cous. Posted below is the recipe as well as step by step directions. Enjoy!


Ingredients
-
onions
-
red pepepr
-
green pepper
-
salami bullet
-
sauce-
-
1/2 cup ketchup
-
1/2 cup vinager
-
3/4 cup water
-
2 tbs lemon juice
-
1 1/4 cups sugar
-
1/2 cup brown sugar


Instructions
Slice peppers and onions. sautee  for 15 mins. Cube salamiand  add in to veggies and sautee for an additional 10 - 15 mins
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over salami. sautee for 5 - 10 more mins.
