Here is my shavuos menu - I don't have photographs of all of it but I did the best i can. If you want any recipes let me know.  Hope you all have a beautiful Shabbos and an amazing Yom Tov!

  2. Ingredients
    -
    1 Dunkin Heinz devils food cake - made according to directions on box (in 2 round pans)
    -
    16 oz whip topping - whipped
    -
    6 oz chocolate chips
    -
    2 Tbs water
    -
    4 eggs
    -
    1/2 cup sugar
    -
    chocolate shavings for top
    -
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Instructions

    Melt chocolate chips with water in a saucepan. When cooled add in 4 egg yols and vanila.

    Whip up 4 egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. fold together with cooled chocolate mixture.

    Layer in trifle bowl starting with cake then mousse then whip. Repeat.

    Sprinkle top with chocolate shavings and chill until serving.

  4. Sesame Noodles:
    1 lb spaghetti - cooked and drained according to directions
    Add to it:
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup sesame oil
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 scallions - thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sesame seeds

    Chicken:
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp ginger
    4-5 chicken breast

    marinate chicken in all ingredients for 2-3 hours. Grill (indoors our out) or saute or broil until cooked through.

    1 bag lettuce
    -
    1 cucumber
    -
    1 tomato
    -
    1 can corn
    -
    1 avocado
    -
    Black olives
    -
    Taco chips
    -
    Salsa
    -
    mayonnaise

    -
    chili powder

    Ground beef (made for tacos - with ortega spice)
    Instructions

    Mix salsa, mayonnaise, and chili powder.

    Toss with rest of ingredients right before serving.

    Crumble taco chips on top.
