Molten Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is like a "runny chip" dessert that you get in the restaurants. I made them for Shavuos so I used dairy chocolate chips and Hersheys miniatures (almond and toffee) in the center. The Actual recipe is parve though. I will be serving it warm with homemade vanilla ice cream!

2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
12 oz chocolate chips
4 oz good quality chocolate bar

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside. Cream the margarine and sugars together. Add in vanilla and eggs and mix to incorporate. Add in flour and chocolate chip.  Fill muffin cups a quarter way full with batter. Flatten slightly to fill bottom of cup. Place a square of chocolate in the center and add more dough on top to cover. Bake 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden. Serve warm.
