Dinner Tonight - Poppers

For dinner tonight I am making Poppers (Thanks Chumi!)!!! This is a favorite among the guys and really taste pretty authentic to the original (Dougies). I use corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs because I find it stays crispier.  I am making Spanish rice to go with it. Enjoy!



Ingredients

6-8 cutlets but into nugget size peices

2 eggs beaten

2 cups flour

2 cups bread crumbs

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup hot sauce
-
1/4 cup honey

Instructions
Dip cutlets into egg, flour, egg and then breadcrumbs to coat. Fry until crispy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil.
pour over chicken and bake for 25 minutes.
