Dinner Tonight - Pastrami Orzo

Today is My oldest sons birthday. He only wants pizza from the local pizza shop to celebrate. So that's what we are doing, but for the guys I made Pastrami Orzo (thanks Alli!) and i'll serve it with chips and salsa and veggies and dip. Enjoy!

1 box orzo cooked according to pkg. directions.

Sauté one onion until well caramelized and then add one pkg of pastrami cut into small pieces.  Cook for a few min and than add 2 t soy sauce and 2 t onion soup mix. Cook a few min longer and mix w orzo.
