When we first moved to Florida we frequented a restaurant that served these awesome chicken teriyaki stir fry sandwiches. The baguettes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and there was a bunch of peppers and onions mixed in with the chicken. This was my favorite dish there and I ordered it often. This is my variation on the sandwich. I'm serving it with a broccoli slaw and rice pilaf. Enjoy!
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large onions
3 garlic cloves
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 lb chicken cutlets - cut into strips
saute veggies. Remove from pan and add in chicken trips. Saute until no longer pink. Add in peppers and sauce and sugar. Cook a bit longer. Serve on a warm baguette.
