Dinner Tonight Shabbos Menu 6/1

Making a pretty simple Shabbos. Not too much company and we are still trying to "recover" from Shavuos. I made Tomato dip, Avocado dip, Capanada, and chumus, Macaroni salad, corn salad, chinese cole slaw, and chick pea salad for the appetizer. The main course is unstuffed cabbage, lemon pepper chicken nuggetts with dill mayo dipping sauce, pumpkin muffins (from the freezer) Broccoli pie (from the freezer) and string beans. For dessert I am taking out napoleons from the freezer.  For lunch tom we are having all fo the ablove with chulent and a shnitzel salad. Have a beautiful shabbos.
